Traveler’s Inn - Booking & Occupancy Policies

Please review all information listed below. By booking reservations or occupying any accommodations at Traveler’s Inn, your party agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS

The cost of the 1st night of multiple-night stays, or the full cost of 1-night stays, is required to secure reservations. The balances of reservations are due on the arrival dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Direct Booking: Parties with Direct Bookings (Made with Traveler’s Inn Staff or on the Traveler’s Inn Website) are eligible for free cancellations or postponements until 48 hours prior to 3 PM CST on the reservations’ arrival dates. Parties that cancel or postpone reservations within 48 hours of 3 PM CST on the arrival dates are subject to Cancellation Fees equal to the Reservation Deposits. The full balance of reservations will be charged for no-shows.

Online Travel Sites: Guests booking stays on Online Travel Sites (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) are subject to the Terms and Conditions agreed upon with the sites. Some reservations made with Travel Sites may not be refundable.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

Check-in: 3 PM to 8 PM. Guests are required to present valid picture identification, upon arrival. Please contact our Front Desk Attendant to arrange for Late Arrivals.

Check-out: Any time before 11 AM. If you depart before we open, please drop your keys in the Front Door of our Office. We only require that you have safe travels, wherever you are heading!

OCCUPANCY & ACTIVITY

Occupancy of accommodations is limited to 2 guests in Single Bedrooms and 4 guests in Double Bedrooms. Reservations at Traveler’s Inn are not rental agreements and management reserves the right to require guests to leave for any illegal, destructive, or disruptive behavior; or for violating any of the rules described in these terms. No refunds are available for parties that are required, or choose, to leave Traveler’s Inn before the last dates of their reservations.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

$150 Pet Deposit + $20 per Pet Fee, per reservation. Please book early and request a Pet Room, as they are limited in number. Each pet’s humans are responsible for maintaining inn facilities and grounds. Pets must be kenneled if left alone and must not use furniture. Pee mats are prohibited, unless within kennels. Emotional Support Animals require Pet Deposits and Fees. Pet Fees do not apply to Registered Service Animals. Provided no additional cleaning or repairs are needed, Pet Deposits will be returned using the original deposit methods.

HOUSEKEEPING

Please contact our Front Desk Attendant to schedule housekeeping services, exchange towels, or have items restocked. Otherwise, we will leave you to your privacy.  

DAMAGES?

We request that guests treat Traveler’s Inn facilities and grounds with consideration and respect. We reserve the right to charge the credit account on file for any damages, missing items (other than soap, shampoo, or coffee), or items rendered useless during your stay that are noted upon your departure.

SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping are permitted OUTDOORS, ONLY. Trust us…our smoke alarm system is very sensitive and calls the Fire Department automatically! While smoking and vaping near accommodations; doors, and windows must be closed. Evidence of smoke within rooms could require up to $250 of additional Cleaning Charges. Please be considerate of neighbors and fellow travelers with your second-hand smoke and disposal of cigarette butts.
